Glaciers of Northern Pakistan
In this picture the land visible between the mountains is not actually a land,
this is a huge glacier cover by a carpet of small stones,
I often use to visit this place, its very high approximately at 15,000 feet height.
4 to 5 quick steps then at this height make you fatigued and you need to rest otherwise it becomes difficult to breath & your heart's luck duck becomes louder and you clearly feel it, its due to low availability of Oxygen i guess.
The Northerner Pakistan specially Gilgit Baltistan has a huge amount of fresh water reserves in the form of glaciers in the high Hindukush mountains .
Above picture is one of those glaciers at the height of 15,000ft from sea level.
the location is 1st Rawat Goll & 2nd is Chaich Thurjall, Gupis, Ghier, Gilgit Baltistan Pakistan.
